Fees for individual lessons are payable in advance per month. Invoices will be sent by the 20th for the following month and will be payable by the last day of the month for the following month.

Drama group class fees are payable in advance per term.

Fees: Individual Lessons: Music, Art, Drama & Public Speaking: R680 per month for 4 x 30-minute lessons. Art group lessons are R850 for 4 x 90-minute lessons or R900 for 4 x 60-minute lessons. When there is a month with 5 lessons, the 5th lesson will be allocated towards Public Holidays or December lessons. 5th lesson will not be used lessons that the student has missed or cancelled. Drama Group Lessons: R850 per term for +/- 8 x 60-minute lessons.

Fees will be pro-rata should a student start with classes mid-month or mid-quarter.

A registration fee of R150 is applicable. This is to be paid in full alongside your course fee before any lessons will proceed.

As soon as the completed entry form is received, a timeslot will be confirmed, an invoice will then be sent via email.

Lessons can commence after payment has been received.

NuSong reserves the right to terminate the student’s lessons should payment not be received. No lessons will be made up if lessons are missed due to non-payment.

NuSong is under no obligation to make up any lessons that are not attended.

If a student is not online at the scheduled time for an online lesson, the student will forfeit the lesson and no credit will be given for that lesson.

Should a Coach cancel a lesson, he/she is obliged to make up the lesson.

Individual lessons continue during school holidays and full fees are payable during school holidays.

Group lessons are payable per quarter and there will be no lessons during South African public-school holidays.

No credit will be given for lessons that are not attended.

A month’s notice is required when individual lessons are terminated. Full fees are payable for the notice month and for months that had 5 lessons.

Written notice is required when lessons are terminated.

No refund will be given should lessons be terminated during the mid-month or mid-quarter.

Should NuSOng not receive written notice, then it is assumed that lessons will continue for the following month and an invoice will be issued accordingly.
